FundersClub is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor and investor to be able to browse, evaluate opportunities, and manage their account regardless of how they access the web.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most widely referenced for web accessibility in the United States. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience over time rather than treat it as a one-time project.
What we've done
Measures we have taken across the site include:
- Semantic page structure and landmarks, plus a “skip to main content” link
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements
- Labels and accessible names for form fields and controls
- Support for keyboard navigation and browser zoom
- Automated accessibility checks in our development process to help catch regressions
Known limitations
Some older areas of the site, and certain third-party content embedded from other providers, may not yet fully meet our target standard. We are actively working to address these areas and welcome reports that help us prioritize.
