Launching the new Help Center

We are excited to introduce you to the new FundersClub Help Center. It is designed to provide current and prospective FundersClub members with vastly improved access to help on using the FundersClub platform.

The changes are a result of compiling and analyzing two and a half years of support ticket data. We look forward to your feedback and to continuing to make improvements to our overall support experience.

You can now:

  You can now easily find Help Center content by typing keywords or questions.
  

• Browse popular topics
  We now highlight commonly asked questions for easy access.
  

• Learn how to best get started on FundersClub
  We've added a section with orientation info for investors and for entrepreneurs.
  

• View your recently viewed articles and related articles.
  To see what articles relate to your topic, look to the right of each article.
  

• Easily submit a support ticket to us directly
  If can not find the answer to your inquiry, click the "Contact Us" button in the upper right hand corner to submit a support ticket.
